Regular office/store hours are evenings Mon-Fri 6-8pm at minimum (I'm usually at the gym until at least 10pm) If our regular evening hours don't work for you please contact me at 306 741 4672, I'm happy to arrange another time to help you. I know our office hours are unusual, but doing everything myself allows us to buy all the best new equipment for our members!
once you are signed up you will have 24 hour access to workout when it suits your schedule!
