Our gym was started in 2016 as "The Iron Office Fitness & Supplements Ltd." by real estate businessman and national level bodybuilder, Trevor Koot. For his bodybuilding competitions he was coached by friend and training partner, Ryan Cappelle. Trevor was presented with greater opportunities in BC, so he asked if Ryan's son Hayden would be able to manage the Iron Office for him, which he began to in 2018. Ryan and Hayden have always been passionate about fitness and the benefits that it is able to bring to everyone's lives and in 2021 bought The Iron Office as co-owners; with the goal of making fitness the most accessible and enjoyable for as many in our community as possible. They did this by working to expand and improve what Iron Office was able to offer for members while doing all of the work themselves and keeping operating costs as low as possible; being able to make constant improvements while lowering membership fees and offering more flexible options than other gyms, adding dozens
